Carpet and Vinyl laying

Lay carpet and underlay to 3 bedroom cottage as well as lay vinyl to kitchen, bathroom and 2x entry foyer. Carpet approx 80sqm and vinyl approx 20sqm. Smoothedge needs to be installed as well as appropriate prep for vinyl. I have not yet sourced the carpet and vinyl so also happy to discuss those options. Interior painting will be completed 6 Jan so availability to lay in the weeks after that.
