Lay carpet in lounge

We need carpet layed in our lounge using smooth edge on timber (mostly floorboards and a small section of chipboard. The room is rectangular, 3.69 m wide and 6.3 m long. There is a hearth in front of the fire that will need to be cut out and there are two small neating duct outlets. We alos require on door bar to be fitted. We will supply the carpet and underlay but would like the carpet layer to bring the smooth edge and door bar. The carpet is new, heavy duty dyed Nylon and we have been assured that the standard 3.66 broadloom carpet will stretch to the width of the room.
