We have a timber floor in varying states, probably rimu or matai, currently the floor is a mixture of already varnished, painted, raw, and some that has lino removed from the top of it so there is some glue residue from the hardboard. There are a few repairs required, half a dozen 20mm holes in the kitchen, and a few chips missing from the ends of boards. All up approximately 40 square metres. All skirting boards have been removed, and there are 3 carpeted areas that abut the wooden flooring, these are finished with alloy edge bars.
