Sand and Poly wooden floors

Hi Looking for someone to sand and polish wooden floors in kitchen and hallway. Possibly 3 bedrooms as well. The floors were sanded and polished about 2-5 years ago, but I have had renovation work done and the builder etc have not taken that good care of the floors...so should not be too big of a job to sand back. Floor are matai Kitchen approx 13sqm less island about 2mq is a very rough hallway approx 6 sqm Bedroom 1 15sqm Bedroom 2 & 3 10 sqm each Looking for someone that could do the job either late this week or next week!! Thanks
