We have a small bathroom (1.65m x 1.65m) with a separate toilet. We have started the upgrade of these rooms, but have not been able to finish them. In the bathroom, the basics have been done; there is a new bath with a shower over, and new taps and a glass wall. We have (temporarily) installed a new vanity with new taps, and the wall behind the vanity has been replaced with Aqualine gib. As we haven't got any further than this, we need your help to finish it. We are looking to put our house on the market, so would like this organised as soon as possible. What needs to be done is: - In the bathroom, the walls need smoothing, sealing and plastering (and for this, the vanity will have to be taken out and put back in) as the walls have been stripped to the gib. - Some of the gib may need some touching up as there are some holes here and there. - We need to have a splashback tiled on the back end of the vanity (double row of smallish tiles) and this needs to be sealed/siliconed. - Flooring needs to be redone, and we're open to suggestions. We consider vinyl the quickest and cheapest option, but would like tiles to complete the look/upgrade. Plinth is needed at bottom of bath. - The walls in the toilet have also been stripped to the gib, and need smoothing, sealing and plastering. - The toilet needs replacing (it is an S-trap with a separate cistern above, currently)and we would like something with a water saver (small/large flush?) - The vinyl in the toilet also needs replacing, and same as the bathroom, we would like to consider the option of tiling. (quotes for both options would be appreciated) - There is a wire in the toilet that needs to be tucked into the wall (a piece cut out of the gib, and put the wire into the wall, and seal back up). This wire is the bathroom light and fan control. - The ceilings both need some sealing and repainting. The plastered areas also need repainting. All will be standard white (for wet areas). The house is a 1970s state house (ex) and has been mostly done up in all other areas. We would prefer one contractor that can do all these jobs, so there is no worry about orchestrating timelines. Thank you for your time, and we'd like to meet with you soon.

Gerry was the first one to respond and was very friendly to deal with. He advised us of a delay in when he could start which ended up being suitable for us. Gerry quoted us for the job, and we asked him to add some items afterward. The quote was therefore higher once these items were added. He has a really good standard of workmanship.
