Polish and Sand Floor

I have one bedroom in the house that has Matai flooring and was sanded and varnished about 10 years ago but needs re doing. Would need existing varnish sanded back and some small dents and scratches in the existing timber would need to be filled and sanded out then new varnish. Looking for someone to do this in the next few weeks. Room is about 15m2

As a tradesman i am very fussy and have a high standard for workmanship. Terry and his guys were fantastic. They turned up exactly when they said they would and got the job done. The Bedroom floor was a mess before and now it looks amazing. All the previous big scratches and marks were removed by sanding and they didn't cut any corners. I wont hesitate to recommend Terry to other tradesman and my friends. Thanks
