Carpet Laying for Sleepout

I need someone to lay SDN Carpet and Underlay in a sleepout in Amberley Beach. Size of Sleepout is --- . I have the carpet and underlay. Carpet layer will need to supply the smooth edge (? the wood with the small nails) product please . A quote or estimate would be ideal please. I wasn't sure what to put in the "Budget" box below, so don't get put off by me choosing the one I chose.
