Carpet supply and install

Our rental property is currently tenanted and when they exit we need to replace the carpet due to the damage they have made. Notice has been given so the latest date they will be out is June 12th but it is likely they will exit sooner and the work will be required at that point. I'd like a quote on supplying new carpet, removing the current and installing the new. Lounge: 4.0m x 5.9m Bedroom: 3.0m x 3.6m Bedroom: 3.6m x 3.9m Bedroom: 2.9m x 3.0m Hallway: Unsure of dimensions It's a rental property and we do not need the best quality carpet given how easily the current tenants damaged the nice new carpet we had put in 3 years ago. Looking to replace for as cheap as we can (within reason as we still want a good job done) Would be open to also getting a quote for a flooring material other than carpet, so long as it's not more expensive. A material that is more durable and doesn't damage as easy with tenants. Have attached photos from when we purchased the property as it shows floor plan.
