Replace a patch of carpet

I've stained/damaged about a 60 sqr/cm section of carpet in my home and am wanting to get this section replaced. The carpet througout the house is new (around 6 months old), so I'm hoping by replacing with a new piece of carpet it should be easy to match the 'wear and tear' as this is very minimal and the type of carpet is very common. Have never used carpet repair services before so I'm unsure about the process. House is a rental and I'm wanting to get this fixed before I move out in a couple of months.
