I am looking for a rough estimate to re carpet a 3brm home (3 brm, 1 lounge/dining room) estimated to be 70sqm of carpet (the full house is 100sqm) Currently has old carpet job - remove all old carpet, lay new underlay and new carpet. This is for a house I am looking at buying - to see how cost effective it will be. Type of carpet - mid range wool carpet.
