Carpet at Hallway

A floor sanding company was asked to do floor sanding on lounge and hallway but we found that the hallway is not suitable for floor sanding as mixed materials are on the floor. The carpet had been removed. New carpet is required for the hallway. The area is about 10-11m2 more or less. standard underlay, and normal dark brown color carpet is ok. I hope someone can help this small job. The site check can be a time after 5pm or Saturday mid day or afternoon. Thank you.
