I need a cost estimate to lay good quality second hand carpet over top of the existing underlay which sits on wooden floor boards. The existing carpet will be removed and the replacement carpet provided for you. The rooms sizes are: Lounge/Dining = 18m2 Bedroom 1 = 15m2 Bedroom 2 = 11m2
