Downstairs and upstairs as well as the stairs and bathroom and kitchen, will need new flooring and underfloor insulation.. most will be carpet but in bathroom and kitchen we prefer vinyl. We need a quote done as a trust board will pay for the job. Also all the walls need plastering and the ceiling.. we may even need a fake wall instal
