Decking and flooring

DECKING x 2 1) - Pine - Simple, but with steps and railings. Need approx 48sqm of timber (this is including timber for steps and railing), 1.5m to 2.5m at its highest point (as the driveway is sloping). Deck will be coming from our kitchen over a carport which also needs to be built. This cost needs to be included with this decking. Carport will need to be approx 2.5m high (to fit our van). Carport floor/roof area is approx 36sqm, so the balance will be basically an extension of decking coming out from the kitchen, going along one side of the house until you meet up with the carport roof (the carport roof is to be used as the decking). Will also need a ranchslider going from our kitchen out to the decking. Carport area to be covered with polycarbonate thin deck material. 2nd deck - smaller one on the other side of our home. Only about 3/4 metre high, so won't need a permit. 6m long by approx 3-4m wide (approx 18 to 24sqm in total) - simple seating and steps required - no railings needed. Also would like outdoor paving done - approx 20 - 24sqm. Possibly looking at indoor tiling as well - about 40sqm in total (including kitchen, laundry and bathroom). We have an idea of what materials are needed and the possible retail costs for these - we are particularly interested in the hourly rate that is charged for each job and how many builders will be needed to complete the jobs, as we do realise that there is a possibility of having more than one person at a time doing the work on our property. We also do realise that these jobs could take well over a week to complete, but we would like an idea of how long these jobs will actually take to complete.
