52sqm carpet laying job

Hi there Just looking to get my house carpeted in Karikari Pen. Floor plan and pics attached, approx 52 sqm. We have removed all old carpet and Tacs, Just requires new carpet to be laid. Minimal furniture in the house. I have underlay and could do the smooth edge also if need be inc supplying the new carpet or am open to discuss costs for you to supply and lay all above. Ideally asap would be nice however can wait till after new years. Would be quite an easy job for experienced layer, plus quick money. I could do it myself if have to although wouldn't do as nicer job, particularly the joins. Am a little unsure on prices so take no notice of the "expected cost" below. Many thanks.
