Replace Carpet Beetle damaged carpet

We are preparing our Cooks Beach House for sale and need the carpet replaced in the lounge area of the house - it has beetle damage around the edges so the whole room needs new carpet - preferably the same carpet for a room roughly 9 x 9 metres in length. We would like this job completed within the next 4 weeks.
