Carpet Laying in Rental Property
Job description
We have second hand carpet and underlay (approximately 12-15 years old) from our own home that we would like cut and laid in a rental property. The rental property room dimensions are: - lounge 4.10 x 3.30 - hall 0.9 x 1.10 - main bedroom 3.0 x 3.50 - second bedroom 3.0 x 2.8 The second hand carpet and underlay is in two lots: - 10.0 x 5.0 (with one third a bit wider) - 6.0 x 5.0 This is currently in our garage in Halswell which has enough room to lay it out and cut to the required dimensions.

Our job required a little bit of extra effort because it involved reusing the carpet and underlay from our home to be installed in a rental property. The carpet had to be cut at our house and transported. Sam managed this easily, was very accommodating and helpful, and did a great job. I would highly recommend.
