Carpet stretch and relay

There are some broken floor boards in one of the bedrooms of my tenanted property. On the weekend of the 10th of February we will be lifting the carpet and repairing the floor. We require the carpet to be stretched and put back as it was. The room is roughly 4 metres by 4 metres. Ideally this would take place early on the week commencing of the 12th of February to avoid the tenants needing to move in and out of the room. Thank you
