Carpet laying for 4.5m x 2.5m sleep out

My mum is selling her house and would like water damaged carpet replaced in the sleep out. We have some old underlay and old wool carpet to replace the damaged carpet and just want a price to have it laid. The floor is concrete and I'm not sure if the smooth edge will need to be replaced. The job will need to be completed before the 23rd of this month as that's when the first open home will be held.
