Bathroom: mould clean/renovation/ flooring
Job description
Tenants have just moved out and there is a great deal of mould, seemingly under the vinyl wall-paper, in the bathroom. A result of no ventilation in an older house. The ceiling also needs cleaning and painting. Vinyl is needed on the floor. I need advice as to the best way to "fix it" before viewing for new tenants.
