floor sand and finish

We would like our carpet, underlay etc taken up in the living and dining roooms (interconnected spaces) and floorboards sanded and sealed. The area is approx 31 square metres and I think the boards are in excellent condition from what I can see. We would like a fairly matte finish, nothing super glossy! We are just looking for quotes at this stage as we have other building work to do first. We also have a tiny area of cork tile to be repaired - literally just a few tiles along the edge where electrical work has been done underfloor. Many thanks
