Carpet and underlay install in one room

I have a rectangular loft room, 5.8 x 2.6m, and I have underlay and carpet ready to go. I have some old nail strips from the rest of the house which should be good enough to reuse. I need help stretching and installing the carpet as I don't have the tools and I'm running out of time before we move out to sell. Access is up a fold down ladder in the hallway, easy access and should be a quick job. Ideally need to install tomorrow (Thursday) or Saturday as we hand the keys over to the agent for staging on Monday. Photo is of the loft room looking in through the window from outside.
