I need a carpet layer to cut and lay carpet for a 3.0m x 3.4m size room. I have good quality second hand carpet ready to go but have yet to acquire underlay. Perhaps you can provide? I would like the job completed within 7 days if possible. (Prior to Sunday 7 July). Many thanks!
