Floor in bathroom needs replacement. Shower has leaked and floor around shower appears rotten under lino. We are also wanting to replace the lino and have some picked out. Adjacent hallway floor appears to creak/sag a little (wooden floor boards of a 1940's home). Also floor in another room needs attention.
