I require a professional carpet layer to lay carpet before Thursday midday this week, July 7th. Layer needs to supply smooth edge and fix to concrete floor. Suppy of a good foam chip underlay to be quoted seperately. I will supply carpet. Area is 5.2m long x 4.8m wide. Tim
