Renovate Small Bathroom

I'm looking to completely upgrade my small bathroom. This is an 80 year old house. The bathroom is 190cm x 210cm. There is currently lino covering over the floorboards. Would like to replace it with a new cement fibre floor to cover the floorboards, then tile it with plain tiles and install a new drain in the centre of the floor. There have recently been some waterproofing problems as well, so I'd like to tile borders on walls with the same tiles. The corner shower will remain. The bathroom takes up too much room so I would like to replace it with a plain pedestal sink. I would also like to install a sliding door as the toilet butts up against the door when open. I'm also open to suggestions and recommendations.
