Shed Carpet

We have a shed 4.8m x 6 meters and a second-hand piece of Axminster 7.5 x 4.5 that we would like laid. We have underlay , floor is concrete. As yet have no smooth edge . we are near Luggate in Queensberry Hills . Need this done ASAP . Cheers
