Carpet Replacement

I have 200m2 of good quality secondhand carpet from my parents home, which they recently replaced. It is in pretty good condition and only 6 years old. I would like a measure and quote to install the carpet and provide a good underlay. Approximate area to be carpeted is 90m2, comprising lounge, study, three bedrooms, one 11 step and one 6 step stairway. There is an existing Axeminster carpet in most of the rooms that will need to be removed as part of the quote, underfloor is concrete and some cork tile downstairs, and particle board for upstairs rooms.
