Am blown away by the results.my carpet was frayed (cat scratching,) badly. Some of the edges were eaten, and the carpet had a huge raised line. Cameron's workmanship was exceptional it looks like new carpet. He cleaned everything up also. Nicky is so lovely and professional She gave me great advice and was flexible when I needed to delay the work. The results absolutely exceeded my expectations. Thanks team Jim Howlett you are fantastic
