Living room floor change

Hi there, I am hoping to get a quote and some advice to see if it is worth change all the flooring to my home. It is all carpeted at the moment (46m2 is the whole home). At this point, just keen on changing the living room (3.2 x 4.4) as pets have chewed it and looks old and grimy. If the price will be more or less the same doing the whole house, I will be keen as well. Will be renting out the place so keen to just make it look more liveable, and will also look to put a kitchen rangehood (to make it rental compliant) in case you are an all-around builder that wants to do all at once/ package it.
