Have approx 30 m2 of floors to be sanded. Floors have a few large bumps and ridges which need to be leveled out. Once sanded will be carpeting approx 12 m2 and ether placing new flooring over the top or just polishing up the existing floor if it can be salvaged. Timescale is to have completed by the end of the first week of jan.
