Job description
We require carpets and underlay removed (possibly from site) and new underlay and carpet (light grey) supplied and laid. Size is approx 60 sqm, across two levels, with stairs. The property will be unoccuppied, so no furniture to move. It is up 5 flights of stairs (no lift) and free CBD parking for two vehicles can be supplied outside entry door. Install required ASAP so property can be listed on the market. Photos to follow if required.

Easy job done at quoted price (done quickly in the weekend before the Akl flood impact hit). Even once there was a mix-up with returning the right key, Archie dropped the right one over to me at night.
