Are looking at putting a basic bathroom and kitchen into a flat downstairs. Have plans and consent for bathroom but not yet kitchen. Want basic granny flat type kitchen and advice/quotes on this. Bathroom would be where cupboards are - has washing machine taps currently, would need window/vents etc and the basic shower/toilet/vanity. Upstairs could also need bath taken out and shower/washing machine taps put in. Kitchen would run along left wall - looking at shelves and small pantry, drawers and a stove top (depending on consent requirements) Any quotes/contacts would be great.
