Urgent Floor Sanding & or Urethane

I am working on a job where the owner has asked if I can find someone to sand and urethane or just sand 15m2 of rimu floor. Floor is in good nick and looks like it has been sanded so just need a quick like. If you are able to do urgently, like tomorrow then please give a price when you reply for either or both. I will watch replys till 11 PM and get back if anyone is available. Otherwise owner may attempt himself as he is preping for his Mums birthday. Cash immediately upon completion. Regards Kerry
