Pool shed + deck + pergola

I’ve recently installed a pool and need to build a shed to protect the pump etc. I’d like the shed to big big enough to function as a changing/storage shed as well, so about 3x5m. If budget allows, I’d also like an area of decking and a pergola. The shed ideally needs to be built within the next 3 months, but the other components can be delayed until summer if necessary.
