Rental property but currently unoccupied. (1) provide and fit one secondhand exterior door including new hardware. (2) Provide and fit panel, marine ply or similar, to lower portion of another exterior door. (3) Prime and paint both doors. (4) Adjust bathroom window and catch to close and lock securely. Wayne, I think it is unrealistic to expect me to pay your invoice when there are jobs on my list which you haven't done and you haven't followed my instructions for the biggest job and the workmanship on that, the sleepout door, is terrible. How could any builder hang a door and walk away without taking any steps to cover very obvious gaps on all sides and prevent draughts? You haven't fitted locks as specified on that door or the back door of the house, etc, etc. $935.00 seems high for the

"[ had to put job on hold as an emergency job came up, i inform the owner and he wasnt happy and asked why his job was not more important, it was only a couple of days.As i was on other job he gave me this review and i had not finished the job so i did not go back."
