He didn’t follow through with his quoted job so not completed. Appeared to be a reasonable price however when l asked that he let me know if there were any increases to cost could he let me know - he didn’t want to be having to contact me. I was very shocked when in the last hour he pulled the plug in starting the job saying he had ‘moved on’. He did not want to communicate once he had chosen not to follow through with job. I was disappointed with his approach.
