Building repairs for bungalow

We have a 1920s bungalow house that needs several repairs on the exterior of the home. This includes flashings, replacing weatherboards etc. The repairs will be in preparation for when we paint the exterior, so we want to make sure all issues are addressed. I have included photos of examples of what's needing repairs, but we need someone that will be willing to examine the house exterior and repair where needed in addition to what I've photographed (there will be many more little bits and pieces needing repair). We ideally would like repairs to start within the month and no later than end of October.
