Decking and stairs replacement

Hi We are wanting to replace upstairs decking, the stairs, balustrade and some cladding on the building here at our nursery, we use it for our office space. The existing has dry rot through it. We think the joists are ok but would value a second opinion. The deck is 8x3m, decking boards are 25mm thick.
