Pergola

We have a semi-octagonal shaped upstairs deck and desperately need a shaded roofed pergola over it. We'd like a pergola with tinted clear roof with spoutings and downpipe, and new hand rail that follows the deck angles. A square or rectangular shade structure won't suit. The deck is max depth of 270mm, and 480mm at it's widest, so not a big deck! There is currently a glass panelled/ metal framed hand rail around the deck. We're hoping to reuse the glass panels within a new timber handrail if possible. Hoping the job can be done asap. Thank you.
