Replace particle board flooring in bathroom

Remove the last of the floor tiles that were laid over the particle board. Replace all the damaged flooring (approx 2x3 m) with plywood. Fit mouldings appropriate for coved vinyl. Repair a perforation in the adjacent room and repair the ceiling (approx 800 x 600mm) below the damaged floor. All fittings have been removed from the bathroom
