Deck foundation

This job is in a caravan park so it must not be permanent (no concrete) I need a foundation for a cabin to sit on securely, the cabin is 6.2 L x 2.4 W I need to extend the deck area by another 700 mm W, this part will need a floor to match up flush with both the cabin and the caravan floors, it will also need a wall 700 wide , this all needs to be attached together, I have put photos of the site, cabin and van also a scribbled plan, the cabin is stuck in Auckland due to the lockdown, but will be transported soon I hope. Once everything is in place there will also be other work if you want to keep going ie: kitchen, bathroom
