Existing balcony needs reinforcing as per engineers report : - support bearers increased in size -2 x additional bracing posts for area extending >2m from house -handrail fixings added -replace existing sheeting of balcony for slatted decking WE NEED THIS WORK DONE WITHIN A MONTH PLEASE
