Mezzanine ladder with storage

Sorry for those who had responded to my last job, the house has taken longer than expected to get ready for someone to come in.... WHAT I AM AFTER: Someone to come out to Plummers Point to measure out then build a wooden ladder to get to the mezzanine floor above. I want it not too bulky and with good footing- kind of like stair rungs rather than the narrower ladder rungs. I've attached a photo of what I'm after as I would like storage under the stairs so perhaps they can be built into the ladder too!
