Ceiling repair (from leaking shower upstairs)
Job description
Dining room ceiling is damaged due to a leaking upstairs shower directly above. Gib removal of a section of the ceiling is required to inspect if shower still leaking (plumber has already fixed seal in shower) and whether any timber is damaged and requires repair, or just needs to dry out, before ceiling repaired. Once the above is repaired - painter/plasterer required to repaint full dining room ceiling. I am unsure what this repair will cost so was not sure what to select in the option below.
