Floor boards - apartment boulcott street
Job description
Replacing a few floor boards in an apartment on Boulcott Street. 3 or 4 floor boards are rotting, and need to be replaced. It is a small area, perhaps 4 square metres, but there are only a few boards need replacing. The floor boards are wooden, possibly rimu but can be replaced with any type. If can't be made to look ok may need to put something over the whole flooring area and put lino on top.

Steve kept us up to date every step of the way while also liaising with the property manager, alarm people and other tradies. Excellent job and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a conscientious and diligent builder.
