Built-in patio seat
Job description
We are looking to install a fixed L shaped seated area at the end of our patio. Key notes: The goal is to cover up the retaining wall, so it will require a backing above and below the seat platform. We also would like to make the seat sit square with the patio (the retaining wall is currently set at a slight angle. Dimensions Long seat: 3.5m Short seat: 2m Retaining wall height approx 0.9m Our house is about 50m flat access from the street. Then the patio area is down a flight of 20 steps Materials: Vitax Coffassus hardwood (to match the small deck area seen in picture). Completion date: 27th of January 2023 or sooner

Wow. Aewan totally exceeded my expectations on this job. Really great communication - before, during and after. We felt really confident he understood our vision from the get go. He offered up various solutions and helped us work through the practical considerations. His attention to detail and craftsmanship was on point. Really happy. We will be using him again in the future.
