Decking - replace the all the old decking & replace with new 90mmx21mm premium pine grip tread decking, Bearers – remove & replace the old bearers with new bearers around the perimeter of the house Piles – install new 125mmx125mm H5 piles under new bearers Joist – install new 100mmx50mm joists to replace those that were cut back for the house project.
