Replace railing on small outside deck
Job description
Outside deck has rotted hand rail which is a hazard and needs replacing. Photos are attached. I'm fine to paint the new rail once it is installed.

The construction of the replacement railing was solid and Kashmir was happy to replace an extra bit of the railing that also turned out to be rotten. However the filler that was used to seal the gaps and screw holes was not suitable for exterior use and became soft and started disintegrating as soon as it got wet. I replaced it myself. Communication and cost were good though and I would employ him again.
