Water coming in under door / leak fixed and small floor area repaired

In the middle of decorating and have noticed a small area of flooring, 1m x 0.5m, is required to be replaced and leak sealed. Water has come in through the wall by deck door. Have removed GIB and wet floor and can identify the leak. Bottom door frame may need to be replaced as well due to swelling in the floor boards.
